Shoulder Pain

The shoulder joint is the most moveable joint in the body, thus it is a relatively unstable joint and prone to injury.

Symptoms vary, depending on what’s causing the pain. For example, you may have:

  • excruciating pain that is hampering your sleep
  • sharp shoulder and arm pain, with pins and needles or numbness down your arm
  • pain in your upper arm that is worse when you try to lift your arm, or put your coat on.

There are many causes of shoulder pain, and it’s our job to determine if it’s a tendinopathy, subacromial impingement, bursitis, thoracic outlet syndrome, myofascial pain, strain, tear, postural issues, trapped nerve in the neck or something else!
