MSc Chiro DC, MA Neuroscience (Cantab)
I believe in providing healthcare of the highest quality, tailored to your needs, with a warm, caring, friendly approach. Having always been fascinated by the workings of the human body, I studied Neuroscience at Cambridge University, where I gained a double first MA (Hons). Later, I studied for an MSc in Chiropractic at the University of Surrey, graduating with distinction. I am registered with the General Chiropractic Council and am a member of the British Chiropractic Association. Initially I worked in Surrey for a few years before relocating to Yorkshire.
I established Wetherby Chiropractic in 2007. Originally from Northern Ireland (though not devoid of Yorkshire genes), I’m a big fan of the great outdoors, and am kept busy by my two sporty children. I have experience of treating a diverse range of people, from jockeys to professional footballers, from builders to medical consultants, from 9 year olds, to 90 year olds. “Everyone is unique, and thus needs a unique treatment programme, tailored specifically to their needs.”

M.CHIRO DC
I’ve been surrounded by chiropractors and chiropractic my whole life, so from a young age I was amazed by the difference that chiropractic can make to people’s lives. My approach to care is indvidualised and I see my patients as people, rather than a list of symptoms. I believe taking the time to truly understand my patients is the key to trust and achieving the best outcomes, allowing us to work together to get you back on track and doing the things that you enjoy.
I utilise a variety of techniques including spinal manipulation, acupuncture, blocking and soft tissue work, coupled with lifestyle advice and any strengthening exercises, mobilisation or stretches for my patients to do at home.
I studied in Bournemouth at the first chiropractic institution in Europe, the Anglo-European College of Chiropractic. I am registered on the General Chiropractic Council, a member of the United Chiropractic Association and a Licentiate member of the Royal College of Chiropractors.
Originally from the Midlands and having studied down South, I decided to make the move up North after graduating. I love exploring this beautiful area of the country that I now call home and am always open to recommendations for places to visit. Outside of the clinic, I enjoy long walks, running, the gym and anything to do with food! I treat people of all ages and walks of life, which is one of the things I love about my job.
