Over 30 years experience

Wetherby Chiropractic has been established for nearly 15 years. Kate, Rachael and Tommy have nearly 33 years experience in clinical practice and are proud to be part of this market town community. Their on-site exercise rehabilitation facility allows treatments to be tailored with particular emphasis on strength and conditioning exercise. They all work closely with the on-site podiatrist and physiotherapist to make sure patients get the best and most specific care.

MSc Chiro DC, MA Neuroscience (Cantab)

Kate believes in providing healthcare of the highest quality, tailored to your needs, using a warm, caring, friendly approach.

Having always been fascinated by the workings of the human body, she studied Neuroscience at Cambridge University, where she gained a double first MA (Hons). She later studied for an MSc in Chiropractic at the University of Surrey, graduating with distinction. She is registered with the General Chiropractic Council and is a member of the British Chiropractic Association. Her first chiropractic position was in a long-established clinic in Godalming, Surrey, where she worked for several years before relocating to Yorkshire.

She then established Wetherby Chiropractic in 2007. Originally from Northern Ireland (though not devoid of Yorkshire genes), she’s a big fan of the great outdoors, and is kept busy by her two young children.  She has experience of treating many people, from jockeys to professional footballers, from builders to medical consultants, from 9 year olds, to 90 year olds.  “Everyone is unique, and thus needs a unique treatment programme, tailored specifically to their needs.”
